Sony PS Vita USB Data & Charge Cable

Proprietary Multi-Use port to USB-A cable for the PlayStation Vita PCH-1000. Handles charging, PC sync and Content Manager transfers over one connector. The PCH-2000 revision dropped this port for standard micro-USB, so the two are not interchangeable.

Notes & Compatibility

PCH-1000 (launch OLED) only. The PCH-2000 Slim uses standard micro-USB and needs an ordinary cable — check the model number before buying. Charges from any 5V USB-A source; Sony’s 1.5A adapter is meaningfully faster than a PC port. The Multi-Use socket is fragile and expensive to replace, so pull the plug straight out.
