8BitDo's flagship Switch/PC/macOS/Android gamepad uses a single USB Type-C port for charging and wired play — same USB-C connector as the console it most often pairs with. There is no 3.5mm headset jack; audio runs through Bluetooth or the host. A four-position mode switch on the back toggles between Switch, Android, X-input (Windows), and macOS profiles, with up to three custom profiles stored on-device via the 8BitDo Ultimate Software. Wireless is Bluetooth 4.0 only — the wired-mode falls back to USB-C, and the controller does not ship with a 2.4G dongle.
8BitDo’s flagship third-party pad — single USB-C charge port, Bluetooth 4.0, mode switch for Switch/Win/macOS/Android.
