The iPhone 15 Pro and Pro Max were the first iPhones with a 10 Gbps USB-C port — USB 3.2 Gen 2, twenty times the standard iPhone 15. The catch is in the box: the included cable is USB 2.0 only, so recording ProRes straight to an external SSD needs a certified USB 3 or Thunderbolt cable you buy separately. Same port, same speed on both sizes; only the screen and battery differ.
