This budget capture card records and streams console gameplay at a maximum of 1080p60 using a built-in H.264 hardware encoder that eases the load on your PC. It connects to a computer over a Micro-USB 2.0 port, and two full-size HDMI ports provide a source input and a zero-latency passthrough to your display. It tops out at Full HD: there is no 4K, HDR, or high-refresh support. Like all capture cards, it will not pass HDCP-protected content such as Blu-ray playback.
