An internal PCIe 2.0 x4 capture card built for 4K60 HDR10 recording with lag-free passthrough, so there is no USB host cable to manage. Its HDMI 2.0 input and HDMI 2.0 output both top out at 18 Gbps — enough for 4K60 HDR10 or 1440p144, but not the 4K120 of true HDMI 2.1. You feed it from a console or PC with a high-speed HDMI cable, and a second HDMI cable carries the passthrough to your display. The card itself seats in a PCIe slot, so the only cables you buy are HDMI.
Internal PCIe capture card with HDMI 2.0 in and lag-free HDMI 2.0 passthrough for 4K60 HDR10 and 1440p144 capture.

Internal card — seats in a PCIe 2.0 x4 slot (no USB host port; the PCIe edge connector is not modeled). HDMI 2.0 (18 Gbps) limits it to 4K60 HDR10 / 1440p144; no 4K120.
