Google's 2015 Chromecast is a disc-shaped 1080p dongle whose short, flexible captive HDMI cable tucks the plug neatly behind the TV — a fix for the first model's port-straining weight. It maxes out at Full HD 1080p and has no Ethernet jack, casting over improved 2.4/5GHz Wi-Fi. Power comes from a Micro-USB port via the included 5V adapter; a TV USB port can work but the wall adapter is more reliable. Below you'll find each port and the right cable.
