This 8-inch powered studio monitor is an active speaker: each cabinet has its own 203-watt Class-D amplifier and takes a line-level input directly from an interface or mixer, not a speaker-wire connection. Its only audio input is a single balanced combo jack that accepts either a 3-pin XLR or a 1/4-inch TRS/TS plug. There are no RCA or 3.5mm inputs, so a phone or turntable needs an interface in between. Sold singly or as a pair; each cabinet needs its own cable run.
8-inch active studio monitor with a single balanced XLR / 1/4-inch TRS combo input and 203W of Class-D power.

Active near-field monitor; ports are per-cabinet (model reflects one speaker). Single XLR-1/4″ combo input jack accepts XLR, TRS or TS. Rear gain trim, brick-wall limiter and DSP room-EQ are controls, not ports. AC mains via IEC inlet (prose). DATA NOTE: queue title says (2024) but ROKIT Generation 5 (G5) launched in 2019 — release_year set to 2019; flag title year for manual review.
