The 10.5-inch Surface Go 3 is Microsoft's most compact Surface 2-in-1, and it sticks with the budget-friendly port mix: one USB-C 3.2 Gen 1 (5Gbps, DisplayPort 1.2 Alt Mode, charging), the magnetic Surface Connect port, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and a microSDXC card reader hiding under the kickstand. There is no Thunderbolt and no USB-A. A Surface Type Cover connector at the bottom edge accepts the Surface Go-specific typecover — not a user-cable port.
Surface Go 3 (10.5″, 2021): 1x USB-C 3.2 Gen 1 with DP Alt, Surface Connect, 3.5mm headphone jack, microSDXC under kickstand.
