Microsoft Surface Pro 7+ for Business (2021)

Surface Pro 7+ for Business is the enterprise refresh of the Pro 7 with Intel 11th-gen silicon, an optional LTE radio, and a removable SSD. It retains the classic Surface port layout — one full-size USB-A, one USB-C (USB 3.2 Gen 2, no Thunderbolt), Surface Connect for magnetic charging, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and a microSDXC slot tucked under the kickstand on Wi-Fi models. This is the last Surface Pro with a built-in microSD slot and the last with USB-A — both went away on Pro 8.

Enterprise Surface Pro 7+ with 1x USB-C 3.2 Gen 2, 1x USB-A, Surface Connect, 3.5mm jack and microSDXC (Wi-Fi).

Notes & Compatibility

Intel 11th-gen Tiger Lake. Enterprise SKU with removable SSD. USB-C is USB 3.2 Gen 2 (10Gbps) with DisplayPort Alt Mode and charging — NOT Thunderbolt. Single USB-A (USB 3.2 Gen 2). Surface Connect on right. 3.5mm combo headset jack on left. MicroSDXC slot under the kickstand on Wi-Fi models only — LTE SKUs use that bay for the SIM tray (modelled here as Wi-Fi config). Built-in Kensington security slot. Surface Type Cover keyboard connector at bottom edge — not modelled as a user-cable port.
