The UBP-X700 is Sony's mainstream 4K UHD Blu-ray player and one of the few sub-$200 decks to support both Dolby Vision and HDR10. Its rear panel keeps it simple: a TWIN HDMI architecture (HDMI 2.0a video+audio + HDMI 1.4 audio-only for legacy receivers), a single coaxial S/PDIF digital output, and a 10/100 LAN port. The only USB jack is on the front for media playback. Power is supplied by an external 12 V DC brick — there is no IEC mains inlet on the chassis.
Budget 4K UHD Blu-ray with twin HDMI, coaxial S/PDIF, front USB, and LAN — Dolby Vision and HDR10 supported.

TWIN HDMI architecture: HDMI OUT 1 is HDMI 2.0a (18 Gbps, HDR10 + Dolby Vision) for video + audio; HDMI OUT 2 is HDMI 1.4 audio-only for legacy AV receivers. Single coaxial S/PDIF; NO optical TOSLINK on this model. NO analog audio outputs (no RCA stereo, no 7.1 RCA, no XLR). Single front USB Type-A 2.0. LAN is 10/100 BASE-TX Fast Ethernet, not Gigabit.
