Wacom Cintiq Pro 27 (2022)

Wacom's flagship 27-inch creative pen display offers four ways to plug in to a host computer: a single USB-C cable to a USB 3.2 Gen 2 (or USB4) port with DP Alt Mode, an HDMI 2.0 + USB-A combo, or Mini DisplayPort 1.4 + USB-A. The 4K panel runs at 120Hz over DisplayPort or USB-C but is capped at 60Hz over HDMI 2.0. The display is powered by an external 19V / 8.4A AC brick — the USB-C ports carry video and data only, not host charging. A rear USB-A port hosts the optional ExpressKey Remote receiver.

Wacom’s 27″ 4K@120Hz pen display with HDMI 2.0, Mini DP 1.4, two USB-C (DP Alt), USB-A hub, and an external 19V brick.

Notes & Compatibility

4K@120Hz only works over DisplayPort 1.4 or USB-C DP Alt Mode (DSC); HDMI 2.0 is limited to 4K@60Hz. USB-C ports carry video and data only — they do NOT deliver power to the host laptop. The display is powered by an external 19V / 8.4A (~160W) AC brick through a proprietary barrel plug (not modeled). Rear USB-A is a hub downstream port for the optional ExpressKey Remote dongle. Eight built-in ExpressKeys.
