Notes & Compatibility
SNES and Nintendo 64: S-Video works on both NTSC and PAL units. GameCube: NTSC only — PAL consoles omit the S-Video lines, so use RGB SCART there. Your display needs a 4-pin mini-DIN S-Video input, which most CRTs and early flat panels have and modern televisions do not; pair it with an upscaler if the TV has no S-Video socket. Below RGB in quality, well above composite.
