Anker Nebula Mars 3 (2023)

Anker's outdoor-focused portable Nebula Mars 3 is a 1080p DLP projector with 1,000 ANSI lumens, an integrated battery good for around 5 hours of playback, IPX3 splash resistance, and a built-in carry handle. Connectivity is centred on a single HDMI 2.0 input that accepts up to 4K source signals (downscaled to native 1080p) with HDR10 metadata, plus a USB-A port for media playback and a 3.5mm aux output for an external speaker or headphones. A USB-C port doubles as a power-bank output for charging external devices from the projector's battery. Power for the projector itself comes from a proprietary 19V DC barrel input rather than an IEC inlet.

Anker’s 1,000-lumen 1080p portable battery projector with HDMI 2.0 in (4K-capable downscaled), USB-A media, and 3.5mm audio out.

Notes & Compatibility

Native 1080p DLP — accepts 4K source signals on HDMI but downscales to 1080p output. Runs Android TV 11 with built-in Chromecast. USB-C is for power-bank output (charge external devices from the internal battery), not video input or device charging-in. Built-in 5-hour battery. Powered by a proprietary 19V DC barrel input — proprietary DC jack omitted (not in approved connector database, flagged for manual review). Year corrected from 2024 to 2023 during research (Anker Nebula Mars 3 launched mid-2023; user manual dated July 2023).
