This external capture card records console gameplay at 1080p60 with HDR10 while passing a 4K60 HDR10 signal through to your TV with no added lag. It connects to a PC or Mac over USB 3.0 via a USB-C port on the device. Two full-size HDMI 2.0 ports handle input and passthrough output, and a 3.5 mm line-in jack lets you mix in commentary or party-chat audio. HDR capture is Windows-only, though HDR passthrough works on both Windows and macOS.
Elgato’s external capture card: HDMI 2.0 in and 4K60 HDR10 passthrough out, USB-C 3.0, plus a 3.5mm line-in jack.
