Razer's 2023 refresh of its esports-favorite BlackShark V2 Pro pushes wireless battery life past 70 hours and adds Bluetooth 5.2 alongside the existing 2.4GHz HyperSpeed link, but it controversially drops the 3.5mm wired jack that the 2020 original offered. Connectivity is now strictly wireless: a USB-A 2.4GHz dongle for game audio and Bluetooth for phone/secondary device, with the headset's USB-C port reserved for charging only. The Razer SmartSwitch feature lets the 2.4GHz and Bluetooth radios run simultaneously so you can mix a phone call into game audio.
Razer esports wireless headset — USB-A HyperSpeed dongle, Bluetooth 5.2 SmartSwitch, USB-C charge, no 3.5mm.

Notes & Compatibility
Razer removed the 3.5mm AUX jack present on the 2020 BlackShark V2 Pro — the 2023 model has no wired audio path at all. The included USB-A wireless dongle is the only 2.4GHz connection option (no USB-C variant). USB-C on the headset is USB 2.0 charge-only. Bluetooth 5.2 with SmartSwitch Dual Wireless allows simultaneous 2.4GHz + BT audio mixing.
