Synology's four-bay DS920+ pairs two Gigabit Ethernet jacks — which can be bonded via Link Aggregation for up to 2 Gbps aggregate throughput — with two USB 3.2 Gen 1 (5 Gbps) Type-A ports for external drives. A dedicated eSATA port lets it drive a Synology DX517 expansion unit for five extra bays. There is no 10GbE and no USB-C here, so wired performance is capped by the two 1GbE links unless you team them; the cables that matter most are two Ethernet leads and, optionally, an eSATA expansion cable.

Notes & Compatibility
Also has one eSATA port for the DX517 expansion unit (eSATA not yet in the connector database). Four SATA drive bays, two internal M.2 2280 NVMe cache slots, and an external DC barrel power adapter are not modeled as cable ports.
