This 2023 flagship OLED supports up to 144Hz refresh (with a PC), a rarity at any size. All four HDMI ports support full 2.1 specs (48Gbps), enabling 4K@120Hz, VRR, and ALLM on any input. eARC runs on HDMI 2 for lossless audio return to a soundbar. For the 2.1 ports, use Ultra High Speed HDMI cables — standard cables top out at 18Gbps. Here's every port and the cables you'll need.

Notes & Compatibility

HDMI: 4x HDMI 2.1 (40Gbps, 4K@120Hz, VRR, ALLM on all 4 ports). eARC: HDMI 2. USB: 3x USB 2.0 Type-A. DTS support restored in 2023 models. LG’s own G3 spec sheet and Sound & Vision both put eARC on HDMI 2, so that is where the soundbar lead goes. All four inputs are G-Sync Compatible and FreeSync, and 2023 is the first LG OLED year with HDMI 2.1 QMS. Two HDMI inputs, including the eARC one, face sideways while the remaining connections point downward: worth knowing before you cut cable lengths on a flush wall mount. An RS-232C mini-jack for control systems is not modeled as a cable port. LG publishes no LAN speed for this set.
