Apple's 16" flagship laptop pairs the M4 Max chip with three Thunderbolt 5 ports, each delivering up to 120Gbps of symmetric bandwidth. Charging tops out at 140W via the included MagSafe 3 cable, and the dedicated HDMI 2.1 port can drive an 8K@60Hz or 4K@240Hz display. With M4 Max you can connect up to four external displays simultaneously: three over Thunderbolt plus one via HDMI. The SDXC slot supports UHS-II at 312MB/s and the 3.5mm jack handles high-impedance headphones without an external DAC.
Apple’s 16″ flagship laptop with three Thunderbolt 5, HDMI 2.1, MagSafe 3 (140W), SDXC UHS-II, and four-display support on M4 Max.
