TCL QM891G QD-Mini LED (2024)

TCL's 115-inch QM891G is the brand's halo 2024 QD-Mini LED — a wall-of-television with around 20,000 dimming zones and a quoted 5,000-nit peak. The connectivity story is more nuanced: of four HDMI inputs, only two are full HDMI 2.1 supporting 4K/144 Hz with VRR and Game Accelerator 240 (1080p/240 Hz), while the other two are HDMI 2.0 at 4K/60 Hz. eARC has been moved to one of the HDMI 2.0 ports — a deliberate choice that keeps both HDMI 2.1 ports free for a console-and-PC pair. Wired I/O includes two USB-A ports, Gigabit Ethernet, Optical TOSLINK, an RF antenna input and a 3.5mm headphone jack.

TCL’s 2024 flagship 115″ QD-Mini LED with 2× HDMI 2.1 (4K@144Hz), 2× HDMI 2.0 (eARC on one), 2× USB-A, Ethernet and Optical out.

Notes & Compatibility

Only two of the four HDMI ports are full HDMI 2.1 (4K@144Hz, VRR). eARC is on one of the HDMI 2.0 ports — unusual but it leaves both HDMI 2.1 ports free for high-bandwidth gaming sources. Sold only in the 115″ size; the related QM851G covers 65″–98″ with the same I/O philosophy.
